April 2025 \u2013 Manila, Philippines | More than 200 family advocates, speakers, partners, and leaders from across Asia, the U.S., and Europe gathered in Manila for the 2025 Family First Global Summit.<\/strong> United under the theme \u201cOne God. One Family.\u201d<\/strong>, the summit highlighted the power of cross-cultural collaboration. At its core was a shared mission: to strengthen families as the foundation of resilient, values-based societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Global Call to Strengthen Families<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Global Chairman Gregory W. Slayton<\/strong> emphasized the urgent need to confront the cultural shifts impacting families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAround the world, we\u2019re seeing a rise in negative trends that distort the meaning of family and identity. These aren\u2019t just philosophical trends, they’re eroding the foundation of entire societies,\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The 7Fs: A Framework for Generational Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the summit, participants have gone through the 7Fs framework\u2014faith, family, friends, finances, fitness, fun, and fulfillment \u2014through expert-led sessions that connected biblical principles with practical applications. Speakers included Ptr. Joey Bonifacio (Faith), Rev. John Thang (Family), Dr. Grace Sumbillo (Friends), Randell Tiongson (Finances), Muy and Ria Reyes (Fitness), and BJ Sebastian (Fulfillment). Delegates reflected on how the 7Fs could be contextualized and applied across varying national and social environments. The Visual and Performing Arts Group of the Philippine Army\u2019s Civil-Military Operations Regiment<\/strong> offered a moving tribute, especially meaningful as the Army is one of the sectors reached by Pamilya Muna Pilipinas through family-strengthening workshops. Their performance reflected the heart of the movement: diverse in culture, united in purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
