DALLAS, TX — Family First Global (FFG) is honored to announce its formal pledge of support and financial commitment to Hope International Ministries Ukraine for the upcoming 2026 Trauma Healing Programs for Ukrainian Pastors and Their Families. This strategic partnership aims to provide critical spiritual and emotional restoration for the spiritual leaders serving in the dangerous frontline regions of Ukraine.

For pastors in these areas, ministry is a 24-hour commitment that persists despite ongoing death and destruction caused by the unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine, which is now in its 4th year.

These leaders carry the weight of their grieving communities while often lacking the resources to process their own trauma. This year, the first Trauma Healing Retreat will serve as a healing sanctuary for 175 pastors, spouses, and children, offering a week of safety and renewal. The intent is to offer similar programs all over Ukraine.

“Pastors are the shepherds and servants of their communities, which is an especially big burden in times of war,” said the Hon. Gregory Slayton, Chairman of Family First Global. “A pastor and his family need support, encouragement, and healing just like everyone. We are honored to partner with Hope International Ministries Ukraine to honor and bless these Pastors as they bring much needed hope, peace, and healing to their communities.”

The Mission: Healing the Frontline Family

The initial 2026 retreat is designed to provide trauma-healing workshops for couples, safe and structured healing programs for children, and the physical rest necessary for long-term resilience.

Pastor Leo Regheta, the Chairman of Hope International Ministries Ukraine, emphasized the significance of this unified effort:

“Pastors are the first responders of the soul, yet they are often the last to receive care. These retreats are a commitment to the restoration of these men and women so they can continue to minister to their families and communities with hope, love, and compassion.”

A Commitment to Restorative Stewardship

The financial contribution from Family First Global will help cover the essential costs of care, including safe lodging and transportation, nutritious meals, and specialized trauma-healing programs and resources for all participants. This pledge ensures that these vital community leaders and their children can focus entirely on healing and restoration, away from the pressures of the war zone.

By partnering with Hope International Ministries Ukraine in these Healing Retreats, Family First Global hopes to strengthen war-weary spiritual leaders, so they, in turn, can help their communities.

Jakarta, Indonesia, October 31, 2025 | More than 320 business owners and marketplace leaders gathered at The Ballroom at Djakarta Theatre for LS360 Jakarta 2025, a leadership summit presented in partnership with Family First Global and Family First Indonesia. Designed to equip leaders to thrive in both family and business, the event carried the theme Thriving in Family and Business: Building Lasting Impacts through Transformational Leadership in Family and Marketplace. It brought together prominent leaders from across Asia to share insights grounded in purpose, character, and generational impact.

LS360 aims to strengthen families and raise value-driven leaders who influence the marketplace with integrity. The summit emphasized that sustainable leadership begins at home, where values are formed and legacies are built.

Hon. Gregory W. Slayton, Founder and Chairman of Family Global, highlighted the importance of family-centered leadership. He reminded leaders that the home is the first place where character is shaped and future generations are prepared.

“When leaders prioritize their families, they strengthen not only their homes but also their companies, communities, and nations. Real leadership is measured by the generations we influence and the values we pass on.”

Gregory W. Slayton, Founder and Global Chairman for Family First Global

From this emphasis on legacy and family strength, the conversation moved toward what leadership looks like in everyday relationships, a theme echoed by Pat Gelsinger.

Pat Gelsinger, Founding Executive Chairman and Head of Tech at gloo.com and former CEO of Intel, encouraged leaders to focus on impacting people’s lives in his keynote speech.

It’s a united effort to lift up families, communities, and leaders across these two nations through daily prayer and spiritual reflection.

At the heart of this movement is a shared desire to see families and nations flourish and be restored—spiritually, emotionally, and generationally.

“At Family First Global, we believe prayer is important for individuals, families, and nations,” said Hon. As we join in prayer across borders, we believe God will strengthen the peace, love, and joy of families in Japan and Indonesia.”

The 40-day initiative will focus on several areas of intercession: marriages, parents raising the next generation, generational reconciliation, and spiritual renewal in the home and the nation. Among the prayer points is the upcoming Leadership Summit 360 in Indonesia, a key event aimed at helping marketplace leaders become role models in both their professional and personal lives.

“Asia is at a defining moment,” said Mr. Glenn Yu, Chairman for Asia of Family First Global. “Families today face growing challenges from cultural shifts to economic pressures, yet we also see a rising hunger for hope, healing, and direction.

For forty days, we are setting aside time to pray and fast daily for Japan and Indonesia. Together we will pray to strengthen families, heal divisions, and raise leaders who will bring hope and renewal.

added Mr. Glenn Yu, Chairman for Asia, Family First Global.

This transformation is evident in the impactful achievements across our global chapters. Each program, partnership, and initiative reflects a shared mission to strengthen families and uplift communities. Here’s a glimpse of what we accomplished in 2024:

Key Impacts by Country

In partnership with the Christian Schools Assembly (MPK), Family First Indonesia reached over 5,000 teachers through webinars. On average, an Indonesian teacher has 20 students, extending the impact to over 100,000 families across the country. Additional initiatives included marriage and parenting seminars, monthly radio talk shows, and pro-family social media efforts seen by millions.

Family First Japan co-led the historic Global Campaign of 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting for Japan, which united over 600 churches and organizations worldwide and coincided with significant spiritual breakthroughs across the nation. This campaign highlighted the power of collective prayer and the global unity of the Christian community.

Additionally, Family First Japan hosted a sold-out Leadership Summit in Tokyo with Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger as keynote speaker, inspiring over 230 leaders from business, government, and faith sectors with a vision of transformational leadership. Alongside these milestones, FFJ introduced a Biblically based pre-marital counseling program and expanded the Father’s Network to support 183 fathers through small groups.

Despite political and security challenges, Family First Myanmar conducted family seminars, trained church leaders, and supported flood victims. Key activities included a Training of Trainers session in Yangon for 25 leaders and a Shepherd’s Family Care seminar for 35 pastor couples. Following these efforts, they extended relief by providing basic staples to impoverished communities, ensuring every act of aid was carried out with respect and dignity for the recipients.

Families for Pakistan’s Family Strengthening Program engaged over 3,000 parents and families through 60 one-day workshops conducted in five locations. These sessions aimed to equip families with tools and strategies to strengthen their relationships and build resilient communities. The Misali Gharana (Honorable Family) TV show, broadcast weekly on Isaac TV, the largest Christian Urdu-speaking TV network, reached over 2 million viewers.

Additionally, 50 microenterprises were launched, benefiting Christian families through interest-free loans. This initiative reflects our commitment to uplifting communities economically while sharing God’s love through practical and transformative support.

500+ Global Churches and Christian Organizations Coming Together for 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting for Japan September 29th to November 7th

September 26, 2024 | Dallas Texas: Today, Family First Global announced that over 500 global churches and Christian organizations have committed to participate in FFG’s Global Campaign of 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting for Japan. Japan experts say this is the first time in history that such a large global group of Christians have come together to pray and fast for Japan for 40 consecutive days. Please find more information here: www.prayforasia.org where you can sign up to join this first in history global effort.

The discipline of prayer and fasting was a source of great power for the early church, but one that has been largely lost today. Jesus clearly taught, “when you fast…” not “if you fast…”

July 2024, Dallas Texas ― As we reach the midpoint of 2024, the Fellowship of Fathers Foundation and its international partner Family First Global celebrate our FFG Nations’ remarkable achievements thus far this year. Each FFG Nation has made significant strides in their mission to help large numbers of families grow stronger, happier, and more successful despite the significant challenges each of our FFG Nations faces.

The Honorable Gregory Slayton, Global Chairman of Family First Global, reflected on the organization’s progress:

“So far this year, we’ve served millions of families across Asia, and we’ve strengthened our efforts in Europe through our partnership with Tato.net, which is the largest faith-based pro-family/pro-marriage charity in Poland and Ukraine. We salute all of our FFG national leaders in each FFG nation for the amazing work they are doing for families in their nations. We also thank all our partners worldwide, and we specifically thank our Heavenly Father for His many blessings…so that we might bless so many families worldwide. Our dedication is unwavering; we’re committed to positively impacting families worldwide.”

Here are some of the highlights from different FFG Nations through the first half of 2024:

Family First Indonesia continues to expand its influence, opening new doors for online ministry and supporting parents in the marketplace. They recently launched the Family as a Team Devotional Part 1 in Bahasa Indonesia on the YouVersion Bible App, which has 13 million Indonesian users.

Their collaboration with Indonesia’s Association of Christian Schools helped educators and parents’ families through a webinar series from January to July 2024. They have also conducted webinars on Christian Singleness and Teens’ Mental Health and are currently developing pre-marital and post-marital guidance.

Visit FFI on Facebook

For Family First Japan, the focus remains on young families through premarital counseling. Their counseling is open to engaged couples regardless of religious affiliations. They also offer robust online and in-person platforms for dads, empowering fathers to be more present. Their Dad’s Network allows Japanese fathers to share their fears, feelings, and failures, a rarity in the country’s culture.

Family First Japan is also organizing the 2024 Tokyo Leadership Summit 360 on November 7, 2024. This event will be modeled after the successful LS360s held in 2019 and 2022 in Singapore, which were both sold out and highly impactful. Patrick Gelsinger, CEO of Intel, will be the Keynote Speaker. He will be joined by senior Japanese business, government, and community leaders. For more information, please email: info@familyfirstjapan.org.

Japan continues to need spiritual support, especially during these challenging times. To address this, we’ve launched Pray for Asia to unite people of faith globally to pray fervently for one nation at a time, beginning with Japan. Known as a “Missionary Graveyard” for 400 years, Japan now faces a crisis of rapid demographic decline, a huge militarily aggressive neighbor, and a growing sense of uncertainty among its young adults. Join us and believers worldwide in 40 days of prayer and fasting to uplift Japan from September 29th to November 7th. Sign up with your church or Christian group at www.prayforasia.org and stand with us in prayer.

Family First Myanmar supports besieged communities, helping villages devastated by the civil war.
For the team at Families for Pakistan, the Misali Gharana (Exemplary Family) TV show has become a beacon of hope, now reaching around 5 million Urdu-speaking families weekly through Isaac TV. Thanks to its profound impact, Isaac TV has generously expanded the show to three key timeslots: 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Sundays, and 3:00 AM every Monday. With these new timeslots, we have the incredible opportunity to touch the lives of many more millions of Urdu-speaking households across Isaac TV’s global broadcast network and other platforms such as YouTube, their website, and other social media channels.

Manila, Philippines – From April 28 to May 1, 2024, Family First Global, in partnership with Pamilya Muna Pilipinas and the Fellowship of Fathers Foundation, hosted its largest annual FFG Leader’s Summit to date. Nearly 200 attendees from 10 countries, from Papua New Guinea to Poland, gathered for the Family Night event.

The FFG Leader’s Summit focused on building strong families amid global challenges like wars, the persecution of Christian families, and divisive perspectives on family values. This year’s theme, “Together We Are Stronger and Stronger in Jesus,” underscored unity and faith as vital to family strength.

The Honorable Gregory Slayton, Chairman of Family First Global, stressed the power of collective effort: “Our organization is like strands of a strong rope.

Representatives from the Philippines, Indonesia, Poland, Japan, Myanmar, PNG, Singapore, Pakistan, the USA, and Hong Kong joined the summit this year

Echoing this sentiment, Mr. Glenn Yu, Chairman of Family First Asia, highlighted the profound purpose of families in his opening remarks: “Family is the most basic unit of society, but a strong family can change the world. The purpose of the family is to pass on the story of God’s promise. The family is a vehicle where culture and values are passed on. This did not happen by accident, but by design because He sees families not just as one generation, but in multiple generations.”<gwmw style="display: none; background-color: transparent;"></gwmw>

Keynote speakers and family advocates, Edric and Joy Mendoza

To further inspire and equip the FFG leaders, well-known family advocates, Keynote Speakers Joy and Edric Mendoza shared their insights on maintaining family strength. Joy Mendoza, a writer and mother of six, emphasized love in parenting: “Without love, influence is impossible.” Building on this, Edric Mendoza, an education expert, likened parenting to a warrior with an arrow: “We must aim our children in the right direction and let go, guiding them towards their God-given mission.” Joy and Edric gave a wonderful, inspirational presentation.

The summit’s success was made possible by the dedication of all participating chapters, volunteers, partners, and supporters. Chairman Slayton expressed his gratitude: “We thank the entire community and especially the great Pamilya Muna Pilipinas Team for hosting our 2024 FFG Leader’s Summit.
