DALLAS, TX — Family First Global (FFG) is honored to announce its formal pledge of support and financial commitment to Hope International Ministries Ukraine for the upcoming 2026 Trauma Healing Programs for Ukrainian Pastors and Their Families. This strategic partnership aims to provide critical spiritual and emotional restoration for the spiritual leaders serving in the dangerous frontline regions of Ukraine.

For pastors in these areas, ministry is a 24-hour commitment that persists despite ongoing death and destruction caused by the unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine, which is now in its 4th year.

These leaders carry the weight of their grieving communities while often lacking the resources to process their own trauma. This year, the first Trauma Healing Retreat will serve as a healing sanctuary for 175 pastors, spouses, and children, offering a week of safety and renewal. The intent is to offer similar programs all over Ukraine.

“Pastors are the shepherds and servants of their communities, which is an especially big burden in times of war,” said the Hon. Gregory Slayton, Chairman of Family First Global. “A pastor and his family need support, encouragement, and healing just like everyone. We are honored to partner with Hope International Ministries Ukraine to honor and bless these Pastors as they bring much needed hope, peace, and healing to their communities.”

The Mission: Healing the Frontline Family

The initial 2026 retreat is designed to provide trauma-healing workshops for couples, safe and structured healing programs for children, and the physical rest necessary for long-term resilience.

Pastor Leo Regheta, the Chairman of Hope International Ministries Ukraine, emphasized the significance of this unified effort:

“Pastors are the first responders of the soul, yet they are often the last to receive care. These retreats are a commitment to the restoration of these men and women so they can continue to minister to their families and communities with hope, love, and compassion.”

A Commitment to Restorative Stewardship

The financial contribution from Family First Global will help cover the essential costs of care, including safe lodging and transportation, nutritious meals, and specialized trauma-healing programs and resources for all participants. This pledge ensures that these vital community leaders and their children can focus entirely on healing and restoration, away from the pressures of the war zone.

By partnering with Hope International Ministries Ukraine in these Healing Retreats, Family First Global hopes to strengthen war-weary spiritual leaders, so they, in turn, can help their communities.

Jakarta, Indonesia, October 31, 2025 | More than 320 business owners and marketplace leaders gathered at The Ballroom at Djakarta Theatre for LS360 Jakarta 2025, a leadership summit presented in partnership with Family First Global and Family First Indonesia. Designed to equip leaders to thrive in both family and business, the event carried the theme Thriving in Family and Business: Building Lasting Impacts through Transformational Leadership in Family and Marketplace. It brought together prominent leaders from across Asia to share insights grounded in purpose, character, and generational impact.

LS360 aims to strengthen families and raise value-driven leaders who influence the marketplace with integrity. The summit emphasized that sustainable leadership begins at home, where values are formed and legacies are built.

Hon. Gregory W. Slayton, Founder and Chairman of Family Global, highlighted the importance of family-centered leadership. He reminded leaders that the home is the first place where character is shaped and future generations are prepared.

“When leaders prioritize their families, they strengthen not only their homes but also their companies, communities, and nations. Real leadership is measured by the generations we influence and the values we pass on.”

From this emphasis on legacy and family strength, the conversation moved toward what leadership looks like in everyday relationships, a theme echoed by Pat Gelsinger.

Pat Gelsinger, Founding Executive Chairman and Head of Tech at gloo.com and former CEO of Intel, encouraged leaders to focus on impacting people’s lives in his keynote speech.

It’s a united effort to lift up families, communities, and leaders across these two nations through daily prayer and spiritual reflection.

At the heart of this movement is a shared desire to see families and nations flourish and be restored—spiritually, emotionally, and generationally.

“At Family First Global, we believe prayer is important for individuals, families, and nations,” said Hon. As we join in prayer across borders, we believe God will strengthen the peace, love, and joy of families in Japan and Indonesia.”

The 40-day initiative will focus on several areas of intercession: marriages, parents raising the next generation, generational reconciliation, and spiritual renewal in the home and the nation. Among the prayer points is the upcoming Leadership Summit 360 in Indonesia, a key event aimed at helping marketplace leaders become role models in both their professional and personal lives.

“Asia is at a defining moment,” said Mr. Glenn Yu, Chairman for Asia of Family First Global. “Families today face growing challenges from cultural shifts to economic pressures, yet we also see a rising hunger for hope, healing, and direction.

For forty days, we are setting aside time to pray and fast daily for Japan and Indonesia. Together we will pray to strengthen families, heal divisions, and raise leaders who will bring hope and renewal. As we unite our hearts for these nations, we believe God will do a powerful work—restoring families, renewing communities, and preparing a stronger future for generations to come.

Everyone who loves to pray is most welcome to join us.
August 2025| Islamabad, Pakistan — Family First Global (FFG), in partnership with Families for Pakistan (FFPak), has launched an emergency relief campaign following the devastating floods that hit Pakistan during the July 2025 monsoon season.

Heavy rains in July brought over 40% more rainfall than normal, triggering severe flooding across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Azad Kashmir. In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, overflowing rivers and blocked drainage systems submerged entire neighborhoods. The worst-hit areas were informal settlements and low-income communities already living on the edge.

In response, Families for Pakistan quickly assessed the hardest-hit areas to understand the most urgent needs. The team is currently mobilizing with their partners and supporters to deliver targeted, compassionate aid where it’s needed most.

Hon. Gregory Slayton, Global Chairman of Family First Global, appealed to the international community to offer both spiritual and material support.

“We ask for your prayers for the families who are suffering and for your support, as we stand with them. We believe strong families are the cornerstone of every nation. When disaster strikes, we don’t look away, we respond with compassion and action.”

The joint response will provide:

Emergency relief: food, clean water, shelter, and hygiene kits

Rehabilitation: repair of latrines and provision of bedding

Protection: focused support for women, children, and persons with disabilities

Recovery: livelihood support and basic healthcare access

Family First’s leadership in Asia also affirmed the spirit of unity that connects communities across the region. Mr. Glenn Yu, Chairman for Asia, shared this call to solidarity.

“We are one family across Asia. When one part suffers, we all feel it. Let’s come together and remind our brothers and sisters in Pakistan that they are not alone.”

On the ground, Families for Pakistan has been working directly with community leaders, pastors, and volunteers to reach those in need. Dr. Raj Bhatti, Chairman of Families for Pakistan, highlighted the urgency of ongoing support.

“Our assessment teams witnessed firsthand the scale of destruction in these communities. Many families lost everything in a matter of hours. With the right support, we can help them rebuild, not just their homes, but their hope.”

To make global support easier and more coordinated, FFG and FFPak have launched a centralized GoFundMe campaign. This platform allows individuals, churches, and partner organizations around the world to contribute with transparency and speed. 100% of donations will go directly to the field response, managed by Families for Pakistan.
April 2025 – Manila, Philippines | More than 200 family advocates, speakers, partners, and leaders from across Asia, the U.S., and Europe gathered in Manila for the 2025 Family First Global Summit. United under the theme “One God. One Family.”, the summit highlighted the power of cross-cultural collaboration. At its core was a shared mission: to strengthen families as the foundation of resilient, values-based societies.

A Global Call to Strengthen Families

Global Chairman Gregory W. Slayton emphasized the urgent need to confront the cultural shifts impacting families.

“Around the world, we’re seeing a rise in negative trends that distort the meaning of family and identity. These aren’t just philosophical trends, they’re eroding the foundation of entire societies,”

he said.

“Our response is not fear, but loving truth. By equipping families with wisdom and practical tools, we pass on what is right to the next generation—starting in the home.”

The 7Fs: A Framework for Generational Impact

Throughout the summit, participants have gone through the 7Fs framework—faith, family, friends, finances, fitness, fun, and fulfillment —through expert-led sessions that connected biblical principles with practical applications. Speakers included Ptr. Joey Bonifacio (Faith), Rev. John Thang (Family), Dr. Grace Sumbillo (Friends), Randell Tiongson (Finances), Muy and Ria Reyes (Fitness), and BJ Sebastian (Fulfillment). Delegates reflected on how the 7Fs could be contextualized and applied across varying national and social environments. Download the 7Fs presentation and bring these tools to your own community.

Glenn Yu, Chairman of Family First Global Asia, reflected on how Asia’s rapid development presents both a challenge and an opportunity.

“As economies expand and urban lifestyles reshape how we live, work is increasingly taking precedence over personal relationships,”

The Visual and Performing Arts Group of the Philippine Army’s Civil-Military Operations Regiment offered a moving tribute, especially meaningful as the Army is one of the sectors reached by Pamilya Muna Pilipinas through family-strengthening workshops. Their performance reflected the heart of the movement: diverse in culture, united in purpose.

As Family First Global continues to expand its reach across Asia and into Europe, the message remains clear: when families are strengthened, COMMUNITIES AND EVEN NATIONS ARE TRANSFORMED.

January 2025 | Dallas Texas ― By God’s grace, Family First Global (FFG) has marked 2024 as its most spiritually productive year to date, reaching over 10 million families worldwide. With the steadfast support of donors and partners, FFG’s local chapters have expanded programs and created meaningful change in some of the world’s most challenging regions.

“As we reflect on 2024, we are humbled by the extraordinary breakthroughs that emerged from a year filled with challenges. By God’s grace, our efforts have reached millions, uniting families and communities across the globe in faith and service. This journey has been deeply rewarding,”

shared Hon. Gregory W. Slayton, Family First Global Chairman, emphasizing the shared vision and divine guidance that define Family First Global’s mission.

“Our work in Asia has been nothing short of inspiring. Through collaborative partnerships and God’s provision, we have strengthened communities and equipped leaders to uplift countless families. It is a testament to the power of faith in transforming lives,”

added Mr. Glenn Yu, Chairman for Asia, Family First Global.

This transformation is evident in the impactful achievements across our global chapters. Each program, partnership, and initiative reflects a shared mission to strengthen families and uplift communities. Here’s a glimpse of what we accomplished in 2024:

This campaign highlighted the power of collective prayer and the global unity of the Christian community.

Additionally, Family First Japan hosted a sold-out Leadership Summit in Tokyo with Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger as keynote speaker, inspiring over 230 leaders from business, government, and faith sectors with a vision of transformational leadership. Alongside these milestones, FFJ introduced a Biblically based pre-marital counseling program and expanded the Father’s Network to support 183 fathers through small groups.

500+ Global Churches and Christian Organizations Coming Together for 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting for Japan September 29th to November 7th

September 26, 2024 | Dallas Texas: Today, Family First Global announced that over 500 global churches and Christian organizations have committed to participate in FFG’s Global Campaign of 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting for Japan. Japan experts say this is the first time in history that such a large global group of Christians have come together to pray and fast for Japan for 40 consecutive days. Please find more information here: www.prayforasia.org where you can sign up to join this first in history global effort.

The discipline of prayer and fasting was a source of great power for the early church, but one that has been largely lost today. Jesus clearly taught, “when you fast…” not “if you fast…”

“This is a historic and exciting initiative that was started by our great leadership team at Family First Japan”

“We are thankful that so many churches and Christian organizations around the world have joined us. We all love Japan, and we want to see Japan and its wonderful people thrive.”

Glenn Yu, the Chairman of Family First Asia, added:
