Jakarta, Indonesia, October 31, 2025 | More than 320 business owners and marketplace leaders gathered at The Ballroom at Djakarta Theatre for LS360 Jakarta 2025, a leadership summit presented in partnership with Family First Global and Family First Indonesia. Designed to equip leaders to thrive in both family and business, the event carried the theme Thriving in Family and Business: Building Lasting Impacts through Transformational Leadership in Family and Marketplace. It brought together prominent leaders from across Asia to share insights grounded in purpose, character, and generational impact.
LS360 aims to strengthen families and raise value-driven leaders who influence the marketplace with integrity. The summit emphasized that sustainable leadership begins at home, where values are formed and legacies are built.
Hon. Gregory W. Slayton, Founder and Chairman of Family Global, highlighted the importance of family-centered leadership. He reminded leaders that the home is the first place where character is shaped and future generations are prepared.
“When leaders prioritize their families, they strengthen not only their homes but also their companies, communities, and nations. Real leadership is measured by the generations we influence and the values we pass on.”

From this emphasis on legacy and family strength, the conversation moved toward what leadership looks like in everyday relationships, a theme echoed by Pat Gelsinger.
Pat Gelsinger, Founding Executive Chairman and Head of Tech at gloo.com and former CEO of Intel, encouraged leaders to focus on impacting people’s lives in his keynote speech.
“Greatness has nothing to do with recognition or receiving praise, but rather with your ability to see, acknowledge, and focus on others. Your impact becomes significant when you prioritize lifting up the people around you, not when you chase attention for yourself.”

Other speakers shared practical lessons shaped by their leadership journeys.
- Christian Kartawijaya, CEO of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, and Ihsan Mulia Putri, CEO of Savoria Group, spoke about leading with integrity in challenging market conditions.
- David Tjokrorahardjo, President of John Maxwell Leadership Indonesia, highlighted the importance of character-based influence.
- Farrel G. Sutantio, President Director and CEO of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk, reflected on values-driven decision-making through seasons of growth and transition.

Glenn Yu, CEO of SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. and Chairman for Asia of Family First Global, emphasized that the strength of a leader is tied to the strength of their home.
“Strong families shape disciplined, compassionate, and resilient leaders. When we strengthen the home, we strengthen every sphere of society influenced by that leader.”
Participants were invited to reflect on the lessons they gained and commit to one practical step that would begin the transformation in their families and workplaces. This was a defining moment that underscored the heart of LS360 as a movement.
Teddy Hartono, Chairman of Family First Indonesia and CEO of TDR Industries Ltd., called on leaders to rebuild the foundations of their values and purpose.
“May all leaders be inspired to rebuild the foundation of their values, direction, and purpose in life. Realizing that the goal is not merely to build a successful company, but to pass on values and impact that will endure across generations, for the benefit of families, churches, communities, and the nation.”

Family First Indonesia, together with its partners, will continue the LS360 movement through a series of workshops and leadership programs in 2026. These initiatives aim to strengthen families, empower leaders, and equip businesses to create meaningful and lasting impact across generations. Watch out for future updates as the movement expands its reach in the months ahead.
